Vitamin D deficiency in the body also causes fatigue. Most of us spend too little time in the sun, which leads to vitamin D deficiency in the body. Apart from this, due to a lack of nutrients like vitamin B-12, iron, magnesium, and potassium in the body, you can also feel very tired.

Not Getting Enough Sleep

During sleep, your body releases essential growth hormones and repairs cells. But when you don't get enough sleep or good sleep, you feel tired throughout the day.

Tips To Avoid Fatigue

  • Whenever you feel low in energy, cut down on caffeinated drinks like tea and coffee.
