Foods for Healthy Eyesight for Children

What are the important foods for healthy eyesight for children?

First of all, let us tell you that it is very important to have a proper diet to increase eyesight. If your diet and your lifestyle are good, then you will not need glasses even till you get old. So let's know what kind of diet should be taken to increase and maintain the eyesight-

1. Amla

In Ayurveda, gooseberries are considered a boon for the eyes. Consuming gooseberries keeps the eyesight intact for many years. For this, you can include raw gooseberries in the diet. Not only this, if you want, you can also eat gooseberry jam on an empty stomach every morning. 

2. Orange

Orange is also very beneficial for the eyes, you can include all kinds of citrus fruits in your diet because vitamin C in citrus fruits acts as an antioxidant, this not only improves eyesight but also reduces the appearance of eyes with age. There is also a miraculous solution to problems.

3. Carrot Juice

Perhaps you will be surprised to know that carrot juice is not only beneficial for health but can also remove glasses from the eyes. (carrots good for eyes) If you have to use glasses to see many small and big things, then drink 1 big glass of carrot juice every morning with breakfast, if you do this work regularly then soon your glasses will land.

4. Almonds

To increase eyesight, soak 2 almonds in 2 bowls of water every night at night and eat it after peeling it in the morning. .

5. Salmon Fish

Along with salmon fish, fish like trout, tuna, and herring are very beneficial for improving eyesight as these fish are rich in omega 3 and fatty acids which help a lot in providing protection to the eyes. 6. Green Leafy Vegetables

Doctors also recommend consuming green vegetables for the eyes because carotene is very beneficial for the eyes and carotene is found in abundance in green vegetables. Carotene has a very positive effect on the pupils of the eyes, so to increase the eyesight of children, definitely include green leafy vegetables in the diet.

7. Vitamin intake

Vitamins are very beneficial for the eyes as well as the body Include a diet rich in E. Along with this, eating peanuts, juice, milk and things made from milk also benefits.

8. Avocado

Let us tell you that the amount of lutein in avocado is high. Lutein is known as a carotenoid vitamin that eliminates the effect of cataracts and maintains eyesight.

Along with the above-mentioned diet, you can also consume eggs, vitamins, and walnuts, etc. Along with this, you will also have to reduce the use of the phone and the time of watching TV because the complaint of poor eyesight in children is coming from the use of the phone, which is quite fatal for the lifestyle ahead.
