FTCCI to hold a Seminar on RERA: Concerns in Real Estate

RERA is very significant for the real estate industry for better governance, enhanced transparency, improved project efficiency and a robust and fully developed project delivery. Standardization and quality.

Hyderabad, December 7, 2023......  Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) is to hold a Seminar on RERA: Concerns in Real Estate at its premises in Federation House in Hyderabad on 9th December. 

 

Aimed at 250-plus Developers, Real Estate, Agents, Builders, Buyers, Legal Professionals and Industry enthusiasts it will focus on navigating the challenges and opportunities surrounding RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority).  It will explore insightful discussions and gain a comprehensive new understanding of how RERA impacts the real estate industry. 

 

Suresh Kumar Singhal, Senior Vice President of FTCCI will deliver a welcome address.  Abhishek Tibrewal, Chair of FTCCI Infrastructure, Real Estate & Smart Cities will give introductory remarks and Mr. Sunil Chandra Reddy, President of NAREDCO Telangana will deliver a special address.

 

The speakers include Suhail Ahmed, Advocate and CA Vinay Thyagaraj.  They will speak on the Implementation of RERA and its effect on the real estate segment. 

 

Vijaya Sai Meka, Secretary General of NAREDCO Telangana will also participate.
