Goa got two more people tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday, soaring the number of cases to five in the State. One among the two Coronavirus positive travelled from the Bahamas via New York to Mumbai before he took a flight to Goa. The other got the virus due to contamination with one of the three who had tested positive and put in isolation. CM, Pramod Sawant confirmed that all three are in stable condition. The officials argue that the 68-year-old woman, who however died at a government quarantine facility had tested negative for the virus. The woman, quarantined due to her symptoms was suffering from respiratory distress and had been diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
