If you know how to swim, then there cannot be better exercise for the body than this. Apart from this, you can also include morning walks and rope jumping, etc. in your daily routine. Exercise will not only keep your weight under control, but you will also be healthy.

  1. Fasting

If people who are fond of food and drink want to lose weight, then fasting for one day in a week will prove to be with Ram Baan. On the day of fasting, you should use lemonade, milk, juice and soup, etc. along with fruits. You can also eat salad if you want.   1. Fried Food 

Fried food is high in calories and salt. That's why you should not eat fish, poultry products or any meat that is fried. Also, avoid eating French fries, potato chips, bread dumplings, samosas, and fried vegetables. Eat things that are low in protein and not fried.

  1. High-calorie drinks 

Whatever beverages are sweet, the amount of calories in it is very high. You have to avoid them. Also, you should take plenty of water. Avoid alcohol (wine, beer, and cocktails), sports drinks, sweet tea, flavored coffee, soda, flavored water, vitamin water, etc. If you want to drink flavored water, then you can make it at home and drink it.

  1. Enhance your everyday activities 

For these seven days, you should gear up to work hard. You need to work hard on the total weight loss workout program. That's why you have to intensify your daily physical activities for seven days. You should do fat-burning workouts so that you can lose weight. If you want to lose weight then you should do daily fat-burning workouts. Apart from exercise, it includes walking, jogging, etc.

  1. A walk of 10 thousand steps -
