Home remedies for eye care to improve vision

The eye is not only the most attractive part of our body but also the most useful organ. Just being beautiful is not important. One needs to ensure safety and protection for eyes because if this does not happen, then either your beautiful eyes will be seen by the thick frame of glasses or else you will be stuck in the hassle of using lenses.

Today is the era of the internet, living without mobile, laptops and other devices is difficult 

We know that eyes are a part of our body and the lack of vision means there is some problem with your eyes. Therefore, before treating the eyes, make sure to take care of your health and diet to ensure optimum eye care. 

General Remedy--

1- Early to Bed & Early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy & wise.

Accordingly, sleep early, wake up early.

2-Drink the water of a copper vessel kept at night as soon as you wake up.

3- Always eat fresh and home-cooked meals.

4- Go for a walk daily.

Take 5- 10 grams Gulkand with milk

Eye care Remedy

Take two glasses of water in a vessel at night and put a handful of amla in it and keep it overnight, take care to clean the gooseberries first. Mash and sieve after putting a pinch of fenugreek seeds in the mouth and drink half the water. Wash your eyes with water.

Pranayama :

Pranayama corrects eyesight and also maintains your mental health. To do this, first of all, sit in the posture of meditation. Place both your hands on your knees and keep your back straight. Now close your eyes and take a long breath and then release. Do this action continuously. Rub your palms together and place warm hands on the eyes vigorously. After doing this, remove your hands after a few moments and then slowly open your eyes. If you do this, then your eyes will also support you every moment.

Eye exercise

For this, choose a center that is farthest from your point of view. Now try to watch it carefully and do this for about 5-7 minutes. By doing this regularly, the light increases in the eyes. Blink your eyes in between If the eyes get tired, stop in the middle and blink your eyelids continuously for a few seconds and then close rapidly and then open after a while. Understand, you have got refreshment for your eyes.

Gazing at the stars

Apart from this, if you get a chance to stay under the open sky at night, then try to look at the moon and stars by gazing. Try not to stare at the sun and anything that emits bright light.

Focus both your eyes towards the nose and after a few moments focus your eyes on another object. Doing this exercise at least 10 times in the morning will benefit the eyes.

Take an eye break at work 

Apart from this, rotate the eyes in the middle of the work. Rotate clockwise first and then anticlockwise after three or four rounds. You can also move it up-down or left-right.
