To overcome this weakness, doctors give many types of medicines, which are an instant treatment of the disease. But the pain does not always end forever and even after the chikungunya is cured, the patient remains troubled by it for many months.

How to relieve joint pain after fever

Due to prolonged fever, the body breaks down, due to which there is complaint of body pain as well as joint pain. If you also have this problem, then there is no need to panic, you can also fix it with some easy home remedies, so let's know how to get rid of joint pain after a fever.

1.Drink Plenty of Water

Joint pain after chikungunya attack: If you have fever for a long time or you are suffering from fever for a long time due to chikungunya, then after recovery, there may be a lack of water in the body due to which the body becomes dehydrated, so drink more and more water. Because water flushes out all the toxins from the body and it also keeps the body hydrated.

2.Ajwain is also beneficial

The use of carom seeds is also considered very beneficial in case of body pain. It is said that oil is found in oregano, due to which the pain of the body is completely eliminated, in this situation you can take carom seeds in any way.

3.Drumstick Soup

Due to suffering from fever for a long time, the body becomes very weak and in order to return back to the earlier state, one has to take special care of his diet. The suffering person is advised to consume many types of soups and juices so that his strength can return. In such a situation, drumstick bean soup is also very beneficial.

It is said in Ayurveda that drumstick leaves are also very beneficial, they make the body strong and keep the mind sharp. Apart from this, drinking the soup of drumsticks strengthens the muscles and also keeps the problem of pain away.

4.Consuming Garlic

Whatever the type of pain, just one garlic clove present in the kitchen can relieve all kinds of pain, especially in the treatment of joints, no other medicine can compete with garlic. To reduce pain and swelling in the body, joint pain and swelling, you must consume two raw garlic in the food daily, if this garlic is roasted then it can be more beneficial.

Apart from this, you can also make a paste of garlic and apply it on the joints, after a few hours you will feel comfortable on your own.

5.Coconut Oil

Chikungunya joint pain: After fever, the joints become weak, so before sleeping, warm coconut oil lightly and massage the joints with it. By doing this remedy for 7 to 8 consecutive days, the problem of joint pain will end. Ashwagandha can also be consumed, it is very beneficial in getting rid of the pain caused by Chikungunya.
