How do antibiotics impact gut health?- This question keeps ticking on many people’s minds, especially those who are prone to infections. Infections are bound to recur due to a weak immune system. This may cause you to fall prey to antibiotics repeatedly. Repeated and overuse of antibiotics will impact gut health. It has many effects on gut health that cannot be ignored. Antibiotics may cause indigestion, constipation, and a gassy feeling along with bloating. This may give rise to gastric issues.
