Yoga used to be a part of our daily routine since ancient times. But due to some foreign conspiracies, due to increasing the importance of material things, we have left behind meditation and yoga. When we have any problem like stress then only we remember yoga, meditation. Today the number of questions related to meditation, yoga has increased on Google. What is meditation?

Meditation is an exercise for our brain. It is important to know how the brain works. Our brain is the habit of our mind throughout the day from waking up in the morning to going to sleep at night. Wandering from here to there, only then when we read, we think of something else, when we see the picture, we will use our mind. We are in the present but our mind lives elsewhere, and it happens to all of us.

With MEDITATION, we also understand the working process of our brain, how our brain works.

In the last few years, this problem has increased more because in this digital age internet, smartphones, all these things attract our attention in different directions. In the last few years, the ability of students, college students, and youth who are preparing for examinations, their ability to concentrate has become less. Some students are such that it is difficult for them to study even 15 minutes sitting at one place. Every 5 minutes they lose their focus, and that's a huge problem.

There is a need for "Concentration". If you have this weapon then you can do anything in your life. But if you cannot concentrate, then even if you study for 10 hours a day or more your mind will wander here and there, again and again. We think that our memory is low or we are weak, but the main reason for this is that we are not able to concentrate our attention, we are not able to focus. The remedy for this problem is meditation.
