  1. Recognize the Symptoms to Avoid Period Cramps

To avoid cramps during periods, identify the symptoms of periods in advance. If you track the periods, then you can change your diet and routine like increasing the amount of water, not eating unhealthy etc.

  1. Workout Daily

With the help of exercise, period cramps can be avoided. When exercising, endorphins are released from the body. With the help of these hormones, period cramps can be avoided. Exercising improves blood flow in the body, which provides relief from pain in periods.

  1. Take Vitamins and Minerals

Consuming adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals is beneficial to avoid period cramps. Consuming vitamin B1 and magnesium provides relief from pain during periods. Whole grains, nuts and seeds, beans, spinach and oranges can be consumed for these vitamins.

Cramps can also be felt due to lack of water during periods. Stress can also increase due to lack of water. Drink at least 7 to 8 glasses of water daily.

To avoid the problem of cramps during periods, do not consume processed things. In these, the amount of sugar, trans fat, and salt is excessive. Due to this, the problem of pain and cramps can increase in the period. Consumption of things containing sugar should also be avoided. If you have a craving for sweet food, then eat fresh fruits.

To avoid cramps in periods, you should consume a diet with anti-inflammatory properties. With their help, it helps to keep the muscles of the utes relaxed. Consumption of anti-inflammatory foods is also considered beneficial for better blood flow. To avoid cramps, include almonds, walnuts, green vegetables, ginger, garlic and turmeric in your diet.

Consuming ginger tea, fennel tea or other herbal teas can help relieve muscle pain and period cramps. Herbal teas have anti-inflammatory properties that help get rid of muscle cramps.
