First week

  • Start of the day: Fenugreek water (for this soak 2 spoons of fenugreek in a cup of water overnight.)
  • Breakfast: 2 idlis with a cup of sambar, green tea, and 4 almonds
  • Mid Morning: A cup full of fruit
  • Lunch: 2 rotis, 1 cup dal, 1 cup salad. drinking buttermilk half an hour after lunch
  • Snacks: Moong dal sprouts or a cup of cucumber and carrot salad
  • Dinner: 1-2 roti, a bowl of vegetables, a cup of low-fat curd, a bowl of salad
  • Bed tea: Turmeric milk at bedtime

Second week

  • Start of the day: Fenugreek and chia seeds water
  • Breakfast: 2 moong dal crepes, green tea, and 4 almonds
  • Mid Morning: 1 cup of seasonal fruit
  • Lunch: 2 rotis, 1 cup vegetable curry, 1 cup salad, and 1 cup low-fat curd
  • Snacks: Coconut water
  • Dinner: 2 chapatis, cup mushroom curry, cup blanched spinach. a cup of turmeric milk at bedtime

Third week

  • Start of the day: One cup of amla juice or lemonade
  • Breakfast: 1 cup vegetable oats, green tea, and 4 almonds or walnuts
  • Mid-morning: a cup of fruit juice
  • Lunch: cup rice, 1 roti, 1 cup rajma, 1 cup salad. buttermilk after 20 minutes
  • Snacks: 1 cup seasonal fruit
  • Dinner: 2 chapatis, half a cup of lentils, a cup of salad, and a piece of dark chocolate. warm milk at bedtime
  • Drink these 4 drinks every morning on an empty stomach for weight loss, obesity and bloating will start reducing gradually

4th week

  • Start of the day: Lemonade or wheatgrass juice
  • Breakfast: cup upma, green tea, and 2 almonds
  • Mid-morning: a cup of seasonal fruit
  • Lunch: 2 rotis, 1 cup vegetable curry, 1 cup lentils, cup salad, and cup low-fat curd
  • Snacks: Coconut water
  • Dinner: 1 roti, a cup of lentils, and half a cup of boiled vegetables. warm milk at bedtime
