To get relief from migraine caused due to acidity or any digestive problem, mix an equal quantity of poppy seeds and makhana and make kheer with milk and eat it.

Such people admitted that they often took a short nap to relieve headaches and that it made them feel better. Laziness and fatigue felt in winters can also trigger headaches and a good night's sleep can prove to be an effective way to avoid this.
