The COVID-19 cases in India have crossed 14,000-mark. With the rapid proliferation of the virus above 900 Coranavirus positive cases are recorded in the last 24 hours, taking the count in the country to 14,378. As many as 480 fatalities are also reported alongside. Among 14,378 total Coronavirus cases, there are 11,906 active cases and 1991 people have recovered, according to the health ministry.
Maharashtra is worst affected among all infected States with above 3,000 cases. Mumbai alone adds over 1,000 COVID-19 cases to the State count. Fatalities in the financial capital of India is 201, which is in tandem, far above the other COVID-19 infected States.
Delhi confirms 1,707 people positive for COVID-19 while southern State Tamil Nadu rise to the third position with 1,323 COVID-19 patients.
