Strength: Just like superman we humans do have a strength that can be developed but consistent work on it. In this case, both exercise and diet will help a person reach the desired strength.It does look like its a two-way road here where both are equally important we won't be able to focus on one.
In my opinion, Both are equally important if we stick to one of them we will have compromised health. And health will always be on our priority list so why should one find shortcuts here. We surely can balance it with our routine which will not only help to better the above 3 main aspects but also it will help us to lead a stress-free life which is anytime better than having stress for our health.
