▴ What Is The Most Important- Diet Or Workout
Diet or workout? It has always been a question of what people ask if they can ditch one and follow one. Here is a clear picture of what is more important.

Being in an age of quick goals, smarter options we do tend to question about what's more important, faster or easier to make one achieve goals.  May it be studying, your work routine or even your health everyone has their ideas and ways to get the work done. But are there any short cuts or a better way out when it comes to health?

Well, there is a thinking and a science to it which supports both of the aspects. Though it's said that if your dream is to have better health or a toned body you need to cover both a good diet and impactful exercise. Just like to make your car race you need a better engine, a good quality fuel, and an expert to guide you on it.

As per many types of research published in many health magazines and university papers, it says that Diet is the most important in between Exercise and Diet as its the ‘Quality of the fuel’ what goes in your car. It will help to trigger the right type of metabolism in your body which will help the engine to work better.

Food does give us calories and many of us make a common mistake to count calories but little do we know that a well-toned person must have consumed around 1900 calories which can be questionable but it's the type of calories going in. But when you exercise alone and do not control your food intake, only a portion of the calories you have consumed will get burned.

If we talk the other way around and know what determines us healthy or not we can draw  only these are some important aspects

Basal metabolic rate: It's the speed at which your calories are burnt or the number of calories used for a basic activity. We can increase both diet and workout. But yes its the best when both are together and work in synergy.  Stamina: Stamina or the ability to work out or do an activity that can be strenuous or non-strenuous. In this case also if the diet is not well you won't be able to have the stamina to do an activity nor would you be able to do it for long without the right meal. Strength: Just like superman we humans do have a strength that can be developed but consistent work on it. In this case, both exercise and diet will help a person reach the desired strength.

It does look like its a two-way road here where both are equally important we won't be able to focus on one.

In my opinion, Both are equally important if we stick to one of them we will have compromised health. And health will always be on our priority list so why should one find shortcuts here. We surely can balance it with our routine which will not only help to better the above 3 main aspects but also it will help us to lead a stress-free life which is anytime better than having stress for our health. Yes, food is important but to make our system work better we need to use them from time to time. Have a word with your expert I’m sure they can work out a way to fit both Diet and workout. Take smaller steps and set smaller goals it will surely help you to understand that both are important workout and diet for your HEALTH.
