Coronavirus pandemic in Italy leapt the toll by 627 on Friday to 4,032 reigning the daily rise in absolute terms since the deadly virus forayed a month ago.
Italy, a 60-million-population country, records more deaths from deadly COVID-19 than China, the epicentre of the pandemic virus, that boasts a population over 20 times larger Italy. Till Friday the number of deaths never rose beyond 475 a day, when China slowed down sharply with 150 deaths a day at the most.
