To all my fellow citizens, please look out and stand up for the warriors who are tirelessly working round the clock to keep our community safe. It’s time to stand united against this pandemic. I nominate @shamitashetty_official and @farahkhankunder to take this cause forward.”

Raveena started a campaign on social media, urging people to take a stand for healthcare workers. She also pleaded to people to stop peddling fake news, lest it fuels violence against medical professionals.

Referring to the multiple incidents across India of violence against medical staffs including doctors, Raveena added, “Lately we have all heard unfortunate reports of our healthcare workers being harassed and attacked. This is a tragic happening we must all confront together. Please do not fall prey to fake news and false rumours, which may fuel violence against our medical community.”
