Best Pressure Point for Toothache

SI18 Acupressure Point

To remove the problem of toothache, you can press the SI18 point. This point is near the cheekbone (cheekbone hole pressure point). By pressing this acupressure point regularly, one can get relief from pain in the teeth and jaw. Along with this, this point is also effective in removing the problem of the sinus.

ST6 Acupressure Point

This acupressure point is located at the corner of the mouth and under the earlobe. By applying pressure on this point, there is a lot of relief from tooth and jaw pain. Also, it can be effective in reducing the problem of swelling in the jaw. Not only this, but this acupressure point also helps you a lot in reducing the spasms in teeth and jaw.

LI4 Acupressure Point

You can also press the LI4 acupressure point to get relief from toothache. This acupoint is located on the web of skin between the thumb and forefinger. Toothache, headache, and facial pain are relieved by applying pressure on this point. Along with this, it can also provide relief from pressure and swelling in the teeth. 

GB21 Acupressure Point

This acupoint is located on the shoulder muscle, on the slope of the neck and shoulders. By applying pressure on this acupressure point, you can get relief from the problem of toothache. Along with this, it can also provide relief from jaw pain. However, keep in mind that a pregnant woman should not pressurize this point.

KD 3 Point

This point is located in the hollow part of your ankle. To find this point, pinch around the inner part of the ankle until you feel a bone. Pressing this point can provide relief from a toothache, inflammation of the esophagus, eye problems, headache, dizziness, insomnia, asthma, irregular menstruation, and pain in the jaw

You can press these acupressure points to get relief from tooth and jaw pain.  However, keep in mind that if you are taking acupressure for the first time, then press the acupressure point only under the supervision of an expert.
