Side effects of long term makeup use

Makeup can give lifelong pain along with beauty for a while, know what are the side effects of makeup. Makeup can make you beautiful but at the same time, it can harm your skin.

Today we have started living in a world where instead of showing our natural beauty, we try to look beautiful with the help of makeup. Many companies also took advantage of this thinking and they launched many beauty products. Along with this, advertisements of those products were also done in such a way that they easily capture people. But when we do makeup, that beauty is only for some time, but its side effects can prove to be very dangerous. You may have to face many problems due to makeup.

In such a situation, we are telling you the side effects of makeup

Headache- Some chemicals are mixed in cosmetic products, which can cause headaches. This causes irritation in the eyes and also affects eyesight.

Damage to hair - With changing times, many trends are coming in front of us for hairstyling, in which hair looks beautiful by applying hair gel, hair serums, shampoo, conditioner, and many types of sprays, but later they can damage our hair and cause hair fall

Rash on the face – This is the most common side effect of makeup because the skin needs to breathe. When we cover the skin with makeup, the skin pores get clogged. Due to which there is a problem of blackheads and due to not cleaning them on time, they take the form of pimples. Makeup should be cleaned off before sleeping at night.

Skin Allergies- Makeup cosmetic contains many such chemicals which are harmful to the skin. You may have problems like itching, red spots.

Eye Infection- Our eyes and the skin around them are very delicate. That's why applying too much makeup over there damages the eyes. Applying too much mascara and eyeliner slows down the growth of eyelashes and can also lead to infection.

Infertility – Skincare and deodorants directly absorb into the skin which causes all the chemicals to go into your skin. In research, it has been found that women who use more makeup products have an increased risk of infertility.

Cancer- Due to makeup, where the color of the skin fades and scars are formed, there are also wrinkles. You must have noticed that women who do more makeup, their face becomes dull and without makeup, their face starts looking bad. Along with all these skin problems, makeup can also lead to skin cancer. Therefore, whenever you buy a makeup product, it is important to test it first and do not use it without the advice of your doctor.
