A Belgian urologist has talked about his "unbelievable" experience, having endured COVID-19 and been released from serious consideration following three weeks in a state of insensibility.

"I was seeing my end," Antoine Sassine said from his room at Brussels' Delta Chirec medical clinic, where he used to work. "I thought I was going to pass on and could never wake up."

The 58-year-old and his group were completely analyzed at the emergency clinic and he has admitted to the emergency unit his side effects compounded.

Sassine was set in an incited trance-like state, yet says he knew about his craving to battle the illness and that he likewise had dreams of his late dad.

Depicting the experience as "staggering", Sassine, who was moved out of serious consideration on Tuesday, stated: "I saw my dad, who passed on four years prior. I talked with him."

"My most prominent happiness was the point at which I woke up and saw the essences of my companions, it was incredible."

Presently he is anticipating embracing his family, who he has not seen since he was analyzed, and recovering at home.

Belgium has detailed 38,496 affirmed instances of COVID-19, with 5,683 deaths.
