Ballon Pose

Doing this face yoga regularly, your facial muscles get stretched, due to which the blood flow of the face is accelerated. Along with this, it also gives a glow to your face.

How to do Balloon Pose

Lay down a mat to do the balloon pose. Then sit straight on this mat by hitting the loincloth. Your face should be straight. After this fill the air in your mouth and close your lips. Your mouth will look like a balloon. As you can see in the photo. Then place both your fingers on the lips. This will help you to stop the air in your mouth. You stay like this for some time. After that come back to normal position.

Face Tapping Pose

After the Balloon Pose, do the Face Tapping Pose. By doing this pose daily, your skin glows and your skin appears naturally glowing. Doing this also improves the blood flow to your face. It also prevents wrinkles from appearing on your face.

How to do face tapping pose

To do this pose, sit straight on the ground. While doing this, keep your face straight. Now take long and deep breaths and release. After this, bring both your hands in front of the face. Then keep tapping the face continuously with your fingers. Tap from face to neck. Now keep doing this for some time. Then come back to normal.

Fish Pose

This fish pose is the third pose. By doing this, your face fat burns fast. Especially the fat deposited in the cheeks and jaw-line is reduced, due to which your face comes in shape. Double chin is reduced to do the fish pose. Doing this causes strain on the neck. If you have a problem with a double chin, then you must do this pose.

How to do Fish Pose-

After the face tapping pose, sit up straight again to do the fish pose. Keep in mind, your neck and face should be straight. After this, you pinch both your cheeks inwards. As you can see in this photo. In this, your face will be like a fish. Now you will keep your face towards the sky by staying in this pose. After that stay in this state for some time. Then you come back to normal. You can do these 3 yoga postures regularly to reduce facial fat. You will get benefit from this. The extra fat present in the face will be burnt and your skin will glow.
