Every man wants to get a big and wide chest. Broad chest makes your personality more attractive. Also it fills you with confidence from inside. For this you put in all kinds of efforts, you work hard in the gym. Do different types of exercises. Make changes in your diet too. To increase the size of the chest, you also take the help of a gym trainer. Despite this, they do not succeed in increasing the chest mass.


Today we are going to tell in this article, about some such chest exercises, practising which daily will help you to increase the size of the chest. So let's know in detail-


  1. Push-ups
  • To do push-ups, first place your hands on the ground.
  • Keep your waist straight. After this, bring the chest to the floor by bending the elbows.
  • Then come back to the old state.
  • In this way you do push-ups 15 times.

  1. Incline Pushups
  • First of all, take a bench and stand in front of it.
  • Now place both the hands on the bench and keep the feet away from the bench.
  • Bend the elbows and bring the chest up to the bench then come up.
  • Do this exercise 10 to 12 times.

  1. Cable Crossover
  • To do the cable crossover, set the machine in the up position.
  • Put handles on both sides.
  • Now stand right in the middle of the machine.
  • Grab the handle with both hands.
  • Bring your feet back a little.
  • Now tilt your upper body forward.
  • Try to pull the weight forward with both hands.
  • During this, straighten your teeth by bringing them in front of the chest.
  • Do this 10 times.

  1. Rotational Decline Dumbbell Press
  • Lie on your back on the bench.
  • Keep both the hands straight in front and look in front.
  • Take dumbbells in your hands. After that raise the hands up.
  • After raising the hands, turn them slightly.
  • Then bring the hands down near the chest.
  • Now go back to normal.
  • Do this exercise 10 to 12 times.

  1. Barbell Bench Press
  • Lie on the bench and place your feet on the floor with your knees bent.
  • Now lift your lower back slightly.
  • After this, lift the weight by bending the elbows and bring it near the chest.
  • Then back up
  • Do this 10 times.
