Moving well beyond its business activities, the RIL Group contributes to a positive societal impact through diverse community engagement initiatives.Reliance Foundation was set up in 2010 to provide impetus to various philanthropic initiatives of Reliance Industries Limited.   • Infosys Foundation: Infosys is committed to the communities in which it operates. This has led to the creation of Infosys Foundation to support the underprivileged sections of society.   • Lenskart Foundation: It is a not-for-profit organization aimed towards eradicating refractive error based blindness from every nook and corner of the country. Lenskart Foundation operates eye care centers in various parts of India, providing free and comprehensive eye examinations. Through its ONE for ONE campaign, Lenskart donates a pair of glasses to someone in need for every pair sold, having distributed over a million pairs to date. The EYE for EYE campaign encourages eye donation, particularly from the transgender community, supporting the Eye Bank Association of India with thousands of pledges.

  • Tata Steel Foundation: Anchors one of the deepest and most diverse societal development efforts that directly reach more than 1.5million lives across 4,500 gram-panchayats in Jharkhand and Odisha every year. The impact programmes are certified as replicable change models on themes like Education, Public Health, Tribal Identity, Livelihoods, Agriculture, Water, Disability, etc. which are based on a contemporary understanding of core development challenges of the region and are closely aligned to the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 agenda.
