This is the Peloton of India that integrated fitness hardware with technological software. It was a one-stop solution to hardware, software and content. The spin bike will not only help in cardio and spinning workouts but also in strength training and yoga. Making it a complete solution for its users.
With their product, they also offer gamified experience. One can choose to live stream their workout, enter in workout competitions and even participate in virtual tournaments. This can help motivate and make your journey to achieve fitness goals a lot more fun. But if competition isn’t your thing, you can simply enjoy your workout with scenic views from Hawaii or France.
In 2020, they raised $1.1 million in their pre-seed round. Numerous investors like, Roman Saini, Hemesh Singh and Gaurav Munjal (of Unacademy); Kunal Shah (of CRED); Sujeet Kumar (of Udaan); Sai Srinivas and Shubh Malhotra (of Mobile Premier League); Amrish Rau (of Citrus Pay); Jitendra Gupta (of Jupiter) and Phanindra Sama (of redBus). among others.
Other investors were Whiteboard Capital, FirstCheque, Better Capital and Stanford Angel. This year, Cure.fit’s fitness platform, Cult.fit, acquired TREAD for an undisclosed amount. The deal helps TREAD to receive help in customer reach from Cult.fit.
