Stay away from allergens and irritants on the skin, so that you do not come in contact with them the next time. Moisturizing creams called emollients help to relieve the symptoms of dermatitis. It is available in supermarkets and pharmacies. An odorless emollient is better for treating dermatitis. Use other soap substitutes such as E45 or Diprobase instead of soap. If the rash does not go away with self-care techniques, talk to your pharmacist or your doctor.
