Let us tell you that both these options are considered bad for health. Ghee and butter increase unhealthy fat, which also increases cholesterol.

Fat only makes you fat, so this is a myth. Obesity increases only when excess fat is consumed. Just like our body needs protein, vitamins, and nutrients, in the same way, fat is also needed.

Fat keeps the energy in the body. Fat makes it easier for vitamins to be absorbed by the intestines. Healthy cells are made from fat. Fat controls the temperature of the body. Fat keeps the skin glowing

Soy Milk

Polyunsaturated soy milk is a good source of fat. You can consume it.

Vegetable Oil

Olive oil, sunflower oil, or canola oil are rich in good fats. These oils can be used in cooking, if you like to eat ghee, then use homemade ghee.

Soybeans

Include soybeans rich in omega-6 fatty acids in the diet.

Mayonnaise

If you are fond of mayonnaise, then before buying, check the amount of good fat in it. Make a sandwich and eat it instead of butter.

Tofu

Tofu made from soy milk looks similar to paneer, but it is considered a very good source of good fat.

Nuts

Almonds, walnuts, and cashews are rich sources of omega 3 fatty acids. Therefore, the consumption of these nuts is beneficial for vegetarians.

Maize

As tasty as it is in food, it is rich in good fat.

Olive and Avocado

Among the fruits, avocados and olives are considered very healthy because they contain monosaturated fats.

Green Vegetables

Vegetables are generally fat-free. But after cooking and frying, they become rich in fat which is bad for health. You can eat vegetables by baking or boiling them.

Take care

No matter how careful you are about your health, sometimes there is little information about what kind of fat we are consuming. The amount of fat in the body is neither too much nor less. For this, consuming healthy fat is a deal of wisdom.

If you are a vegetarian, then include things with good and healthy fats in your diet. This article of ours will also help you to a great extent in this. You should also keep in mind that, if the amount of fat in your body is not in good quantity, then the disease will also remain away.
