XLRI Jamshedpur set to launch the fourth batch of Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management for Emerging CHROs in collaboration with Leadup Universe

03, September 2024: XLRI, one of India’s oldest and most esteemed business schools, announces the commencement of the 4th batch of its Postgraduate Diploma in Management (HRM) for Emerging CHROs in partnership with Leadup Universe, a pioneering executive education and career acceleration platform. Set to commence in April 2025, the program is tailored specifically for professionals in the talent pipeline for Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs).

 

The 18-month program, comprising six terms, offers a comprehensive and flexible learning experience. Encompassing 30+ courses covering strategy, human resource management, finance, technology, marketing, and operations, the program ensures learners gain in-depth insights into a multitude of topics. This multidisciplinary approach equips learners with essential C-Suite skills.  A three-month capstone project with industry further enhances the practical application.

 

With the sessions conducted by a mix of academics from XLRI and International B Schools as well as industry practitioners, this signature program offers diverse perspectives and practical industry insights. Upon graduation, participants gain access to a variety of XLRI alumni benefits, as well as one on one mentoring and exclusive invite to CXO round table by Leadup Universe.

To be eligible to enroll in the program, candidates must have 10 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks.
