Lemon Water

All of us are aware of how beneficial lemon water is. By squeezing lemon juice in a glass full of warm water, can get you a huge dose of vitamin C. Vitamin C is important for the body to maintain and build its immunity. It can also help flush out the toxins from your body and supercharge your digestive system. Lemon water can help you deal with your skin problems and provide you with beautiful skin. 

Coconut Water 

One cannot think of a more refreshing drink than coconut water. Coconut water fulfils 15% of our potassium requirement, 4% of calcium requirement and 2% of magnesium. It contains a huge number of antioxidants that promotes skin and hair health. It can also eliminate the risk of developing kidney stones. To gain more benefits, turn coconut water into a smoothie by adding green leafy vegetables, fruits, seeds and nuts.

Smoothies are a great way to start your morning on a healthy note. Include both vegetables and fruits in your smoothies. A glass on average must have 8 parts vegetables and 2 parts fruits.
