Green vegetables, whole grains, fruits, dry fruits, meat, etc. are natural sources of protein.

Vitamins and Carbohydrates

Vitamins and minerals also play an important role in increasing muscle mass. Therefore, along with protein, including minerals, vitamins, and carbohydrates in your diet chart. Rice, wheat, millet, oatmeal, cashew nuts, walnuts, chicken, dairy products, and eggs are good sources of vitamins and minerals. Consume them regularly.
