If you are taking a nutritious diet, then your body will be completely healthy and you will be energetic too. In a research study, it is noted that during adolescence and puberty, the muscles of people who are not fit gradually turn weak. This increases the chances of their tiredness and unhealthy body. Water is the most important

Water is the biggest need of our body. If you drink plenty of water, you can avoid many diseases. Along with a nutritious diet and hard work, water and rest are also necessary for increasing muscle mass rapidly. Water retains moisture in our joints, muscles, etc. Its deficiency can cause stiffness, pain, etc. in joints and muscles, which can become a problem during workouts. Consuming water also keeps the skin soft. Apart from this, take plenty of rest, and take 7-8 hours of sleep.

Green vegetables and whole grains

If you want to increase muscle mass with a workout, then you should take a high-protein diet. Protein is very important for building muscle. It not only builds muscles but also repairs the wear and tear in our body. People doing workouts should especially take a diet rich in a protein complex. But avoid taking protein supplements. Green vegetables, whole grains, fruits, dry fruits, meat, etc. are natural sources of protein.

Vitamins and Carbohydrates

Vitamins and minerals also play an important role in increasing muscle mass. Therefore, along with protein, including minerals, vitamins, and carbohydrates in your diet chart. Rice, wheat, millet, oatmeal, cashew nuts, walnuts, chicken, dairy products, and eggs are good sources of vitamins and minerals. Consume them regularly.
