Water is the most important

Green vegetables and whole grains

It not only builds muscles but also repairs the wear and tear in our body. People doing workouts should especially take a diet rich in a protein complex. But avoid taking protein supplements. Green vegetables, whole grains, fruits, dry fruits, meat, etc. are natural sources of protein.

Vitamins and Carbohydrates

Vitamins and minerals also play an important role in increasing muscle mass. Therefore, along with protein, including minerals, vitamins, and carbohydrates in your diet chart. Rice, wheat, millet, oatmeal, cashew nuts, walnuts, chicken, dairy products, and eggs are good sources of vitamins and minerals. Consume them regularly.
