Nuts and nut butter are the right options if you want to gain weight quickly. Just one handful of raw almonds (about 1/4 cup) contains 170 calories, 6 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber, and 15 grams of healthy fat.

Nuts are high in calories, so you can add to the calories by consuming just two handfuls of nuts per day with a meal or as a snack.

Apart from this, you can also consume peanut butter. But if you are allergic to peanuts, you can use other nut butter as well.

Milk and banana

Milk and bananas are also good options for quick weight gain. The amount of sugar and calories in it, is very high, which works to increase your weight rapidly. Experts believe that eating a banana with milk has many other benefits and so you must consume it.

Red meat 

If you want to develop your muscles quickly, then consume red meat daily, it not only builds muscles but also increases weight very easily. But remember that the consumption of red meat should be limited only.

Cheese

Dark chocolate 

The cocoa content in dark chocolate is 70%. Like fatty food, dark chocolate is high in calories. Eating dark chocolate helps in gaining calories which will be helpful in weight gain. Each 100-gram dark chocolate bar contains 600 calories as well as other micronutrients and components such as fiber, magnesium, and antioxidants.

Milk 

Milk has been used for a long time for rapid weight gain and building muscle mass. Fat, carbohydrates, calcium, vitamins, and minerals are all present in very balanced amounts in milk.

Milk is one of the best sources of protein that supplies both casein protein and whey protein. Many researchers have found that milk, casein proteins, and those proteins all help to increase muscle mass in large amounts, which is more than the benefits of protein.
