Simple local foods are great for building body at home if you are a gym goer. So, get started with these local foods instead of supplements.
Eat Banana to Build Body

Bananas are a good source of carbohydrates, which are very beneficial in increasing weight, increasing energy in the body, and increasing the size of muscles. Along with protein, the body will also need carbohydrates for which you can consume bananas.

You can have a banana in the morning for breakfast or 40 minutes before exercise, do not eat bananas at night time. In a day, you can eat 2-4 bananas as per your requirement, as well as you can make a banana shake and drink it.

Eat roti-rice

Some people believe that the body cannot be made from roti and rice, while it is not so at all. If you understand nutrition properly and use roti-rice in your diet properly, then it can help you a lot in building your body. Roti and rice are both sources of carbohydrates and fiber, as well as a small amount of protein. Protein, carbohydrate, and fiber, all three nutrients are considered essential for building the body.

Eat Sprouted Grains to Make Body at Home

You can consume sprouted grains in the morning breakfast or evening snack. Protein, fiber, and many types of vitamins and minerals are found in sprouted grains which can help you in building the body. You will definitely find sprouted grains in the diet of every bodybuilder.

Dry fruits for bodybuilding

Along with diet, exercise is also necessary. Diet alone cannot make a good body, so do some exercise at home too. Below we are telling you some such exercises which you can easily do at home.

      5. Peanut butter

You will also see peanut butter in every bodybuilder's diet. Peanut butter is considered very beneficial for muscle gain, as well as its test is also very good. Peanut butter is made from peanuts, it contains proteins, healthy fats, and many types of vitamins and minerals which are helpful in making muscles. You can also make peanut butter at home and use it with many things.

Boiled Potatoes and Yogurt

The consumption of curd and boiled potatoes are also beneficial for building the body without gym. If you exercise, then 40 to 50 minutes before exercise, eat two boiled potatoes mixed with a bowl of curd. By consuming it, you will get a good pump during exercise and there will be no quick fatigue in the body. Potatoes are a good source of carbohydrates that provide energy to the body.

Use of Ashwagandha to make body at home

Ashwagandha is an Ayurvedic herb, which has thousands of benefits. It is a great Ayurvedic product to increase immunity, remove body weakness, increase weight, strengthen the digestive system and increase energy and stamina in the body. Many bodybuilders or gym goers also consume Ashwagandha. Ashwagandha is not less than medicine for bodybuilding, but before using it, you must also consult a doctor.
