Take care of the food

If you are corona infected, then in this situation take utmost care of your diet. Eat more vegetables, fruits and whole grains in the food. Apart from this, include dairy products like curd and milk in the diet.

Get enough sleep

It is very important for a corona-infected patient to sleep for 8 to 10 hours. Get as much sleep as you can, this is the easiest and most important way to overcome stress.

Uses of Coriander

If you are feeling more hungry and still the stomach is not getting cleared, then in this situation take a spoonful of coarse coriander and soak it in a cup of water, after soaking overnight, wake up in the morning and drink this water for digestion. Considered to be a very good juice.

Relieve Constipation

To remove constipation and acidity, grind fennel, cumin, coriander, Triphala, 100 grams of wheat coarsely and soak all of them in the night, take it empty stomach as soon as you wake up in the morning, it will remove the problem of constipation and acidity. Apart from this, drink 10 to 12 glasses of water throughout the day.
