HealthifyMe, a digital health and wellness platform was founded in 2012 by Sachin Shenoy, Mathew Cherian and Tushar Vashisht. The organization uses human services and computing (AI) to deliver measurable results on its clients’ consumption habits, fitness and weight. The startup has about 20 million customers. In 2017, HealthifyMe launched "Ria", an AI enabled nutritionist who is now powered by 20 million messages and 500 million food and workout logs. Ria is the world's first AI-enabled virtual nutritionist. 

How does HealthifyMe function? 

HealthifyMe provides services such as , one-on-one nutrition, fitness coaching, calorie tracking, and diet and workout plans. The app has been developed for both iOS and Android users. The app keeps users motivated and engaged through its holistic lifestyle tracking. Since one size does not fit all, nutritionists and fitness trainers at HealthifyMe create customised diet and workout plans that help accomplish everyone's fitness goals. Customers can track their progress with an accurate tracking system that keeps track of all fitness related activities of the body like water consumption, food intake, workouts etc. There are live workout classes also with the best coaches who provide immediate guidance and feedback. One can choose to join classes of their choice like dance, yoga, pilates, strength & conditioning and from many other interesting options. 

HealthifyMe Diet Plans

Since 2013, HealthifyMe coaches have built diet plans for more than 1,00,000 people. The diet plans have been prepared through machine learning and AI technology based solutions to work on a huge data set of custom diet plans to create tried and tested yet highly personalised diet plans. This diet plan for each individual is made taking into consideration current BMI, target weight, calorie budget, macronutrient balance, dietary preferences etc. If a coach makes a diet it may take time and might also involve more than one consultations. However, HealthifyMe’s Smart Diet Plan uses cutting edge technology to generate diet plans within minutes. 

HealthifyMe Fitness Plans

There are 3 plans that one can choose from- Smart Plan, 1 Coach Plan and 2 Coach Plan. The 2 Coach Plan offers maximum features which are personalized diet plan, 1,00,000+ food database to track calories, healthy recipes, micro and macro nutrient tracking and insights, daily and weekly insights and reports, AI nutritionist – Ria, personalized fitness plan, dedicated diet and fitness coaches and unlimited chat with one's coach.
