Often we think that I should also be smart and fast as the other person is, my mind should also run fast but it doesn't happen. No matter how much we eat, buy anything from outside that helps in increasing our mental power, but if we do not do it at the right time, then perhaps our mind will not be as sharp as it should be. If you are tired of trying deaf remedies and wondering how to increase brain power, then let's know about such tips in which you can increase brain power without spending money.

Play chess – Scientists have proved that while playing chess, we tend to use both our right and left brains. Most people use only one part of their brain, so try to play more and more chess if possible.

Read more – Try to increase reading of articles, books, and novels. This will train your brain to love knowledge. So whenever you get time, read anything from it.

Workouts - Working out boosts your memory. The more you can remember, the smarter you will be. So for this one should do compulsorily 30 minutes daily exercise.

Sunlight – If you are not getting enough sunlight, your brain functions may suffer. An optimum level of vitamin D in your body allows you to perform better, it can even slow down the aging of your brain.

Have an open mind – Don’t fight/argue for every silly thing. Try to learn new things. Challenge yourself to easily accept new experiences.

Eat well- Your satisfied stomach will help you in keeping you calm and you can sleep better. A hungry man is an angry and illogical thinker. So don't stay hungry for long.

Appreciate the people - Appreciate the smart people around you. Talk to them and try to read what they write. This will increase your listening power, boost your brainpower, and will uplift your knowledge.

Enjoy dating - don't deprive yourself of happiness. Making relationships and dating keeps us calm and improvises our thinking. Both these things help to secrete a hormone that works well in thought and reasoning.

Sleep during the day – Drink enough water and take a mid-day nap. You can also play a video game. You don't need to be busy with your work all day, you can play video games before or in between your work and keep your mind fresh.

Sleep well at night – Take proper rest and good sleep at night. Never deprive yourself of sleep. If you work at night, then sleep during the daytime. By doing this your mind will be calm and relaxed. Because not taking proper sleep can disturb your brain balance.
