1. Egg

Vitamin D deficiency can be met with eggs. The white part of the egg contains protein, so the fat, vitamins, and minerals are found in the yellow part of the egg, so you can overcome the deficiency of vitamin D by consuming eggs. Only one egg yolk contains more than 5% of the vitamin which is sufficient for the body.

2. Salmon Fish

More than 60% vitamin D is found in just 100 grams of salmon fish. If you eat meat and fish, then to overcome the lack of vitamin D in the body, definitely consume salmon fish, it also protects you from many diseases. Apart from this, vitamin D is also found in abundance in tuna fish. If you are not able to consume Salman fish, then consume tuna fish.

3. Juice

After knowing the symptoms of vitamin D deficiency, start consuming orange juice immediately because vitamin D is found in rich quantities in orange juice. If you take out fresh orange juice at home instead of canned juice, then it is very beneficial for your health as well as it can also remove vitamin D deficiency in a moment. (vitamin d rich food)

4. Yogurt

Vitamin D is found in abundance in curd, so curd must be used in daily food. If you do not like to eat curd daily, then take buttermilk instead. Apart from this, you can also consume whole grains.

5. Sun Rays
