Apart from this, the glycemic index of oranges is also low, so diabetic patients can drink orange juice. But in diabetes, orange juice should always be drunk in a balanced quantity.


Orange Juice To Boost Immunity

Drinking orange juice in the problem of diabetes is beneficial in increasing the immunity of your body. Vitamin C is found in sufficient quantity in oranges, which helps in increasing the immunity of the body and fighting infection.
