The State registered a decline in active cases. So far more than Two lakh 22 thousand patients have recovered so far in the state.

Madhya Pradesh continues to report more recoveries than positive cases. The State registered a decline in active cases. So far more than Two lakh 22 thousand patients have recovered so far in the state.

Around 29 thousand 300 tests have been carried out in the state yesterday, out of which 1 thousand 31 new positive cases were reported. With 12 patients succumbing to the infection, the death toll rose to 3 thousand 536.

As per the health bulletin of the state department, 1 thousand 234 patients recovered yesterday. The number of new cases remained below 10 in 30 districts of the state. No new case has been reported in the Agar Malwa district.

The maximum covid positive case continues to register at Indore, followed by Bhopal. Jabalpur reports 55 new positive cases.

Indore district nodal officer for COVID-19 prevention, Amit Malakar informed that  as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), samples of  passengers who returned to Indore from Britain are being tested by RT-PCR method
