PinkWhale is an e-Health platform that offers integrated online and telephone based personal healthcare services. The startup aims to build the best network of health specialists, healthcare providers, and partners who are committed to providing health consultations by phone or online.

With the goal to give consumers and businesses quick, and convenient access to premium health care, using a state-of-the-art technology platform, PinkWhale offers a variety of online products and services. Consult a Doctor, Consult a Specialist, Consult a Counsellor, Get a Second Opinion, Personal Health Record ("PHR"), and Order Lab Tests are its various offerings. The leadership team of the startup has a unique combination of healthcare, technology, and business experience across industries. 

Anita Shet is the Founder and Director of PinkWhale. She is a Techno-Entrepreneur, solving problems with her expertise in product & program management. She is also a startup mentor and after the launch of PinkWhale, she went on to launch another startup, Fembuddy, which is a cloud based healthcare platform. Her organizations are based in Bangalore. 

How to avail services at PinkWhale?

To avail the services people are required to register with PinkWhale. An individual is required to be over eighteen (18) years of age. In the case of minors (under eighteen -18 - years), a parent or guardian is required to register, and monitor all consultations that are being offered. Upon registration, people can avail the service as per the package for which the service fee has been paid. 

PinkWhale Healthcare facilitates the functioning of outpatient services for doctors. It has been supporting many doctors to manage their OPD practices with more efficiency. PinkWhale was launched in the year 2009, and it is of the highest significance now, during the pandemic times. Since now both patients and doctors have openly embraced tele-health PinkWhale healthcare is well positioned in this space.
