If fresh amla is not available, you can use amla powder.

Triphala Powder - Triphala powder contributes significantly to enhance eyesight. Put Triphala powder in water and keep it overnight. After getting up in the morning, filter this water and wash your eyes with this water, it will give a lot of benefits.

Consumption of Carrots - Consumption of carrots is also very helpful for the eyes. By including carrots in your diet daily, eyesight can be increased. On the other hand, drinking carrot juice mixed with amla juice keeps your eyesight good for a longer period.

Almonds and Raisins - The use of almonds is beneficial for the brain as well as for the eyes. In addition to omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin E is also found in almonds, which is very important for the development of the eyes. For this, soak 8 to 10 raisins with 4 to 5 almonds at night and after waking up in the morning, consume them on an empty stomach. This is a proven home remedy for the eyes.

Green tea bags - Green tea has some powerful anti-inflammatory and soothing properties. Putting the cooled tea bags on top of your eyes can soothe inflammation and reduce swelling of the eyes. It can also help to beat stress and relax.

Rosewater - Rosewater is a common home remedy for treating eye-related problems. The anti-inflammatory properties of rosewater can help to get rid of pink eyes, conjunctivitis, and inflammation. You can dip a piece of clean cotton in rose water and then gently rub the cotton over your closed eyelids. You can even put a few drops of rose water in your eyes.
