Queen Elizabeth's granddaughter Princess Beatrice and her life partner Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have dropped their regal wedding because of the lockdown in the United Kingdom in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, media reports said on Thursday.
Princess Beatrice had before in March downsized her wedding plans and dropped an arranged gathering which was expected to be held at Buckingham Palace in May.
"There are no designs to switch scenes or hold a greater wedding. They aren't in any event, considering their wedding as of now. There will come an opportunity to revise, however that is not yet", People magazine revealed, citing a representative for the couple.
The Buckingham Palace couldn't quickly be gone after a remark.
