Radian Mobility, an upcoming AI health technology firm, raises funds

The only viable option is technology, and Radian Mobility has seized the initiative by developing a platform that enables therapists to manage their patients, create individual workout plans, and monitor their patients' recovery.

Radian Mobility, a Mumbai-based health tech business that aims to improve mobility awareness via adherence in the physiotherapy and preventative fitness sectors, has secured USD 300,000 from a large US family office as part of its first round of funding.

In 2021, former Amazon Computer engineer and CEO Jamshid Pandole, as well as CTO Gaurav Vyas, founded Radian.

From 2019 to 2020, the market for fitness applications expanded by a staggering 48.8%, and over the next five years, it is expected to rise by 17.0% to 17.6% annually. In addition, the Indian health technology industry is anticipated to grow to $5 billion by 2023.

There is an urgent need for improved engagement between doctors and patients to boost the recovery pattern since there are only 0.59 therapists for every 100,000 people. The Radian App uses motion tracking technology to provide precise data that doctors and therapists need to monitor the growth and recovery of their patients. The improvement in patient communication has been shown to significantly speed up recovery compared to traditional approaches.

Radian has already partnered up with private hospitals, public hospitals, and sports organizations. Radian keeps working with many organizations, from freelance physiotherapists, and tiny clinics, to big health/sports organizations.

Radian is closer to accomplishing its objective of completing the recovery process with features that are advantageous to all parties involved.
