Sleep apnea can also occur due to restlessness at night. Actually, people who have sleep apnea are not able to sleep comfortably at night or their sleep keeps breaking. Due to hormonal imbalance

Hormonal imbalance can also make you feel restless while sleeping. Especially that among women. Indeed, from pregnancy to menopause, women's hormones play an important role in sleep quality. Due to this, women have problems with night sweats, frequent urination, and sleeplessness.

These disturbances often occur in the first half of the night when women are trying to sleep. This is mostly due to the fluctuating levels of the hormone estrogen. Also, some birth control pills can cause sleep disturbances. Women who are still getting their periods may have a hard time with cramping, nausea, or heavy bleeding during their cycle that can cause discomfort at night.

Too Much Exercise

Being too tired throughout the day or exercising too much also causes restlessness at night. This can cause pain in the legs or the body can become overactive so that you will sleep even when you sleep. In such a situation, keep in mind that do only those physical activities which are light and do them in a good gap before sleeping.
