HCG Manavata Cancer Centre in Nashik has introduced Versius, a next-generation surgical robotic system,only robotic system in the North Maharashtra region. 

Speaking on this context, Dr Raj Nagarkar, Chairman, Manavata Cancer Centre, said, “The Manavata Cancer Centre has always strived to use cutting-edge cancer treatment. We are delighted to have acquired the Versius system as an innovative, cost-effective system to the patient which will enable us further to our commitment of providing quality cancer care to the people of the North Maharashtra region, who until now have not had access to the benefits of robotic surgery. Minimal invasive procedure has reduced hospital stay and pain while offering better outcomes. Robotic system has added extra finesse to our surgical armamentarium.”

Versius is a surgical robotic system , to deliver the benefits of minimal access surgery. Manavata has become the first robotic centre in North Maharashtra and second in the world to procure Versius.
