The tradition of eating food while sitting on the ground has been going on since ancient times. 6 Incredible health benefits of sitting on the floor while eating

Concentration improves and reduces mental stress - Eating more than sitting on a dining table or table chair is also a type of yoga posture. In this, the way we sit with one foot on the other is the posture of Sukhasana or Padmasana. Both these asanas increase concentration. At the same time, mental stress is also relieved.

Better digestion - Eating on the ground, you have to lean towards the plate to have food, it is a natural pose. The process of bending forward and backward continuously keeps your stomach muscles working continuously, due to which your digestion also improves and food is digested quickly.

Body posture becomes perfect - Eating on the floor makes our body posture better and many problems of the body are overcome. This makes your muscles strong. Also, sitting in the right posture improves blood circulation in your body, due to which the heart also has to work less. Sitting in this manner stresses the lower part of your spine, it helps to control the speed of your breath, reduces muscle stretch, and also reduces blood pressure.

Blood circulation improves - Eating in the right posture (by doing cross legs) on the ground improves blood circulation and also removes the stretch of nerves. This also reduces the pressure around the heart, which makes it stronger. If you are a heart patient, then you should start eating food today instead of sitting down on the dining table or table chair.

Controls weight - Eating food on the floor also helps in keeping the weight balanced. You are in a natural state of digestion while sitting on the floor and eating. This allows digestive juices to do their work in a better way. At the same time, their secretion also has a positive effect.

Prevent joint pain - You have to bend your knees to eat food while sitting on the ground. This makes your knees even better exercised. Eating sitting on the ground makes the hip joints, knees, and ankles flexible. With this flexibility, joints remain smooth, their elasticity is maintained, due to which you avoid the problem of joint pain. Due to this, there is no problem with getting up and sitting.
