Vegan tea is not only better in taste as compared to other teas, but it is also considered very beneficial for health along with weight loss. The specialty of vegan tea is that instead of animal milk, plant-based milk such as soy or almond milk is used to make it. So, let's know about what it is, how it is made, this vegan tea, and how it is beneficial for health.

Ingredients for vegan tea

1 cup vegan milk (Almond or soy milk)

1/4th cup water

1 spoon tea leaves

Brown sugar or jaggery

½ small spoon tea masala

½ small piece ginger

3 or 4 leaves mint

Recipe for vegan tea

To make vegan tea, first heat water in a pan by turning on the gas. After this, add tea leaves, brown sugar, or jaggery to the water and let it come to a boil. After the water boils, add the grated chai masala and a piece of ginger. Also, add mashed mint leaves and cook them well for two minutes. After this, add almond or soy milk to the tea and keep stirring the tea continuously. During this, keeping the flame of the gas low, cook the tea for a minute or two more. Your vegan tea, which is helpful in your weight loss, is ready.

Vegan tea has less fat than milk tea. Due to which the cholesterol of the person remains under control.
