Why does obesity happen? how to get rid of it?

Nowadays, this disease is seen in everyone from children to old and young people. When more fat starts accumulating in a person's body and his health is negatively affected due to this fat, then it is called obesity or obesity.

Nowadays, obesity has increased a lot, or rather this disease has become a very serious disease nowadays. There is no age for this disease. It happens at any age.

Causes of obesity

There are many causes of obesity. All these reasons are seen in most the people nowadays-

1) Exercise

Lack of exercise is a major cause of obesity. That's why we should always exercise.

2) Food

We should not eat too much food. People who eat more food are more likely to be obese. Those who eat more food should pay attention to it so that they do not have to become a victim of obesity. Eating too much oily or fried roast in the diet leads to the accumulation of fat in the body. Junk food is also a cause of obesity.

3) Stress

Obesity is increasing in people due to taking more stress or tension. Controlling stress is very important.

Prevention of obesity

1) Healthy Food

We should eat healthy food. Fresh fruits and vegetables should be consumed. We should not eat too much junk food. Fried things should also not be eaten. It also increases obesity.

2) Exercise

We should exercise 5 days a week. This will increase our immunity power which will help us fight diseases.

3) Sleep

Every person should get 6 to 8 hours of adequate sleep. This gives strength to the body and we do not fall prey to diseases like obesity.

All of us can get into trouble due to obesity, so protect yourself from it.

Potential dangers of obesity

Although it has been seen that the treatment of obesity is possible, it is also important to know it in time.

1) Diabetes

If any person has diabetes disease and his weight starts increasing, then his chances of developing diabetes also increase.

2) Death

Nowadays it has also been seen among people that people are also dying due to excess obesity.

3) Cancer

Due to the increase in obesity, the possibility of cancer has started increasing, so get it checked in time.
