Yoga Mudras To Relieve Health Issues

Some of the main postures of yoga are considered beneficial in problems like pain, illness, stress, etc. Let us know about them.

You can take the help of yoga posture to get rid of many diseases in the body, mental problems, pain, etc. Their importance has been mentioned in various religious texts. Mudras play an important role in maintaining good physical and mental health. Yoga asanas performed with hands are called mudras. By the way, 399 yoga postures are mentioned in many texts and there are about 108 tantric mudras, out of which we will tell you today about the benefits of 7 main postures and how to do the mudra.

  1. Ling mudra

By doing linga mudra, the problem of sore throat is removed, by doing this mudra the respiratory organs are fine and heat in the body is encouraged. You have to use both hands to do this mudra. To make Linga Mudra, join all the fingers of both the hands, now place the thumb of the right hand on the lower part of the thumb of the opposite hand and lift the thumb of the opposite hand up towards the sky. Stay in this posture for 2 minutes and then come back to the normal position.

  1. Varun mudra

You can do Varun Mudra twice a day for 15 minutes. To do this mudra, you have to join the little finger or the last finger with the thumb and keep the other three fingers straight. By doing this mudra, the problem of constipation and cramps is relieved. Women who have problems with irregular periods should also adopt this mudra.  

  1. Prana mudra

To do Prana Mudra, you have to connect the last two fingers with the thumb. You can do this mudra anytime and anywhere. By doing this mudra's life span increases, hence it is named Prana Mudra. If your mind is unstable or depressed, then you should adopt this mudra. People who are more laziness must do this mudra, it gives energy to the body.

  1. Vayu mudra

With the help of Vayu Mudra, it helps in keeping the heart healthy. Through this, you can also get rid of the problem of gas and you can remain worry-free. You can do Vayu Mudra after 2 days a day for 10 minutes. To do this mudra, bend the last 3 fingers of both hands and close them, then join the thumb and index finger i.e. the finger next to the thumb. You have to bend such a finger and keep the thumb on it and bend it.

  1. Prithvi mudra

To do Prithvi Mudra, join the third finger and thumb and keep the rest of the fingers straight. You can do this mudra anywhere and anytime. By doing this mudra, you can avoid the problem of weakness in the body. By doing this mudra, the working capacity also increases.

  1. Apaan mudra

You can use Apana mudra to get rid of problems like constipation, and piles. To get rid of it, you should do Apana Mudra 2 times daily for 10 to 15 minutes. To do Apana Mudra, you have to touch the middle 2 fingers with the thumb and keep the other 2 fingers straight. You have to do this mudra with both hands.

  1. Shunya mudra

To do the Shunya Mudra, you have to touch the second finger and thumb and keep the other three fingers straight. Do this mudra twice daily for 5 to 10 minutes. You have to do this mudra with both hands. People who have pain in their ears due for any reason should do this mudra. This mudra is considered beneficial even if you are going through a mental problem or lethargy in the body.
