Nowadays everyone wants to be fit and smart in their busy life. But a busy routine has made it difficult to find time for exercise and diet. According to experts, exercise is the best and healthiest for any weight loss journey. Exercise requires a strict routine and a said amount of time and for a busy person, it is very difficult to spare time for exercise. The second way to lose weight is dieting but experts don't consider it a good way. Generally, people think of dieting as not taking proper meals and avoiding their favorites. When we leave our favorite food for dieting, after some time the brain starts craving delicious food. After months of dieting, when we return to our normal routine, the weight increases even more than before. One of the main reasons for this is not taking your favorites. Experts say that the body needs all kinds of food, if we take it in a balanced way, then we are sure shot to get benefits. Eating your favorite food once a week does not increase your weight in fact, the craving for eating unhealthy food goes away. This helps in prolonging the duration of dieting that further provides help in losing more weight. By following this, we can reduce our weight up to 7 kilos in just 2 months.

Some proven tips

The size of your plate should go in decreasing order, meaning morning breakfast should be heavier and dinner food plate should be smaller.

Eat extra spicy food, this will help in reducing the feeling of hunger.

Sugar and salt intake should be limited. Those who are above 30, should keep a watch on their sugar and salt intake.

Keep a specific time for eating meals, food should be eaten following this time neither before nor after.

Eat dinner 6 hours before going to bed. Try not to eat anything after 6 in the evening.

Eating and drinking should be balanced for losing weight.

You can eat your favorites once or twice a week.

Chew thoroughly and slowly, this will help in better digestion. Better digestion will avoid an accumulation of fats.

Drink water regularly, drink around 2 liters or 8 glasses of water in a day. Avoid binge drinking. You should drink this much water in equal portions in one full day and not at one time.

Try to do mindful eating, don't use mobile phones or watch any electronic gazette while having food. Otherwise unknowingly you will end up eating more.

Eat plenty of proteins and fiber-rich food, this keeps you full throughout the day.
