  1. Avoid binge eating during depression

Due to an eating disorder, people who eat more than they need despite not being hungry, it is called binge eating, you should avoid binge eating during the depression. The disadvantages of overeating are many, but due to this, you can have physical and mental problems like insomnia, gas in the stomach, etc.
