No Coronavirus scare relief for filmmaker Boney Kapoor as two more house staff are tested positive for the virus. Earlier, in week one among his house help was found positive for the deadly virus. Oshiwara Police PI Dayanand Bangar of Oshiwara police station confirmed the news to Spotboye.com.
Boney, on Tuesday, had said that one among his houses helps has tested positive for coronavirus. The sole relief for as of now is that Kapoor and family-- his daughters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor--are asymptomatic.
He had issued a written statement during this regard which was shared on social media by Janvhi, who is additionally a Bollywood actor.
“Message from Boney Kapoor -- I might wish to inform you that our house staff...has tested positive for Covid-19. He was unwell on Saturday evening, was sent for tests and kept in isolation,” the statement read. “My children, our other staff reception and that I, are all fine and none folks are showing any symptoms. actually we haven’t left our home since the lockdown started,” he added.
He further added that his family is under self-quarantine for the subsequent 14 days and can follow all government guidelines diligently.
“All folks are going to be in self-quarantine for the subsequent 14 days. We shall be diligently following the instructions and advice given to us by the BMC also as their medical team. We are thankful to the govt of Maharashtra and therefore the BMC for their swift response,” the Mr. India producer said within the statement.
“I am sharing this information because it's important to not feed rumors and panic. we'll take all precautions as needed .” The statement added that Boney hoped the staffer “will recover and be back reception with us soon.”
Charan Sahu, aged 23, is living with the Boney Kapoor family at their Green Acres residence in Lokhandwala Complex. Charan was tested Coronavirus positive, following which he was subjected to isolation. Subsequently, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) and government staff received the Kapoor residence and took Charan away for quarantine.
Recently, megastar Amitabh Bachchan, who has been quite vocal on social media to spread awareness regarding the novel coronavirus for a previous couple of days, on Tuesday took to social media to share an image of his hand with Home Quarantined stamp.
The veteran Bollywood actor, Dilip Kumar, 97, took to Twitter on Monday and said he's under complete isolation as a cautionary measure to avoid infections following COVID-19 outbreak.
