Exalta – startup that came up with a solution to solve oxygen shortage problem of the country

▴ Solution for oxygen shortage
Exalta creates pure oxygen through water like other oxygen concentrators found in the market based on Normal PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption). Exalta oxygen concentrator comprises a pressure exhaust mechanism that draws oxygen from normal air with a zeolite process. Zeolite is the process that purifies the air by removing other gases.

Exalta initially began its operations in solar products with a solitary focus on optimization and efficient utilization of abundant solar energy. It specialised in solar product manufacturing, supply and consultation along with installation and maintenance support. The organization provided a variety of products and services from solar based products to health, infrastructure, telecom, robotics and aviation industry solutions. Deep freezer, heat pump, solar water pump, street light, e-cycle and e-scooty are products that Exalta has been manufacturing. The organization has received many awards and accolades for its solutions. It was during the oxygen shortage crisis that the organization came up with a solution to lend a helping hand to the countrymen by manufacturing related products.

Exalta’s solution to fight oxygen shortage crisis

Exalta’s product works as an oxygen concentrator, compressed oxygen, and mini ventilator. The product has no foreign components and is 100% made in India. The makers call it mini ventilator because it provides oxygen at the rate of positive pressure to the lungs which can act as a non-invasive ventilator at homes. It’s portable, handy, and easy to carry. Exalta has also manufactured oxygen concentrators for hospitals. The machines use Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. There is a choice of 3 variants - 200 Litres, 100 Litres, and 50 Litres per minute. The oxygen concentrators provide cost-benefit and hassle free usage as the users do not have to depend on the vendors for the supply or filling of oxygen cylinders.

Ashutosh Verma is the founder of the organization who works with the mission of using natural resources for the benefit of individuals, community and the nation.
